David Silipigno a resident of Saratoga County is not only a successful businessman but also a philanthropist. He is also the founder and/or consultant of five area businesses: Principal Commercial, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Venture Capital, First Guarantee Mortgage, and Saratoga Studios. Saratoga Studios filmed its first movie 'The Skeptic' in 2009. David always strives to give back to his community through different charitable deeds. He has also been honored with the prestigious "In the Spirit of Service Award" from the Arthritis Foundation of NENY in March 2009.

He created this organization with the aim of helping the weaker sections of the society and to improve the life of underprivileged children. David Silipigno Foundation is committed to creating an environment of possibility, potential, and opportunity for the vulnerable sections of the society. He works for the welfare of society not only through his foundation but he also provides funds to various programs that provide athletic, educational and community enrichment opportunities to the youth. He has funded various events through his foundation, such as the FUTURES Tour, PAWS For A Cause, The Northeast Family Chocolate Festival, Girls Academy Athletic Gymnasium, Albany Tulip Festival, and many others.

His first business venture was the National Finance Corp. (NFC) and it helped him in learning various new things about running and managing business. NFC provided great employment opportunities in the Saratoga County area. As an entrepreneur, David Silipigno has employed thousands of area employees and also contributed to charities and various social causes.
